Visit by the Consul General of the United states.

Hello Friends in the Support Groups,

I share with you news about CR today in that we had a visit to some of our work by none other than the Consul General in Calcutta of the U.S.A.
Mr.Henry Jardine who remarked; - "Glen, I wanted to thank you, Dr. Bobby, Jason and the team at Calcutta Rescue for a great program yesterday.
I enjoyed the experience and appreciated the opportunity to hear from some of your patients about their circumstances in Calcutta."

USA Consul visit

I made contact with him and arranged the tour with his staff.
We were a real convoy - 2 Kolkata police vehicles, his special limo, and a CR Jeep. All this is necessary for security since the attack on the American Cultural Center a couple of years ago.

He was amazing. We arrived at the first stop at Chitpur Clinic. He jumped out of his vehicle, walked directly to the patients waiting for treatment, without any introductions, and began speaking Bengali with them. Everybody really enjoyed meeting him. In this photos he is passing out some pens to some of the students at Talapark School. that's Jason and our APO Schools with him.
